AM AEROBICS

Shallow water, fast paced morning exercise class works to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness without stressing joints. Aqua belts & hand buoys provided.

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings from 6:45-7:45 am.

 

AQX CLASS

Designed to help individuals recover from injuries, increase strength, power, dynamic loading, flexibility, coordination and endurance.  Rental of AQX suit @ $10.00/month required

Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 5:30-6:30 am.

 

core aerobics

Held in the main pool, this is a fast paced aerobics class to music. Hand buoys are provided.

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 11:00-11:45 am.

 

DEEP WATER AEROBICS

This aerobic exercise class starts in the shallow end and transitions to the deep end and ends in the shallow end.  Aqua belts and hand buoys are provided.  

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 6:00-7:00 pm.

 

deep water aqua jogging

Aqua Jogging is held in the deep end of the pool and has many benefits as it closely mimics the actual running movement. Your feet don’t actually touch the bottom of the pool, so it is zero impact and safe for almost any type of injury.Aqua belts provided.

Monday - Friday mornings from 8:00-9:00 am.

 

LAP SWIMMING

Held in our main pool featuring 6 lanes, each being 25 yards in length. Children permitted if under parent supervision.

Monday - Friday: 5:30-8:00am, 11:45am-1:00pm, 8:30-9:30pm (Mon-Thurs)

Saturday: 11:30am-1:00pm.

Sunday: 12:30-2:00pm.

 

minnows and moms

A time for Moms, Dads, Grandparents to swim with their babies and toddler. Held in the warm pool. Baby floats are provided.

Monday - Friday 11:00 am -12:00 pm.

 

Recreational Swim

Swim for fun in both of our therapy and main pools. Featuring our diving board, rope swing, and water basketball area for a great outing with the whole family.

Monday - Friday: 7:00-8:30pm.

Saturday: 1:00-3:00pm.

Sunday: 2:00-4:00pm.

 

warm water exercise

Held in the 92 degree therapy pool.  Designed for patrons that could benefit from exercising in warm water.  These exercises help with circulation, range of motion and toning.

Monday - Friday mornings from 8:00-9:00 am, 9:00-10:00 am, 12:00-1:00 pm and 5:00-6:00 pm.

 

YOGA

Aqua Yoga is super low impact, making it an ideal way for people with joint pain to improve their strength, flexibility and range of motion

Monday - Thursday from 1:00-2:00 pm.
